Account and Data Deletion

Duravant provides this application for use by employees and authorized partners. User accounts are created and managed by Duravant administrators.
How to Request Account Deletion
To request deletion of your account and associated data, use the Account & Data Deletion link in the App under More, or contact:
Email: privacy@duravant.com
Subject Line: Account Deletion Request: Event Lead Capture App
Please include the following information in your request:
- Your name
- Your email address used to access the app
Our team will process your request and confirm once completed.
What Data Will Be Deleted
- Deactivation of your account
- Removal of your access to the application
- Deletion or anonymization of your user profile information where applicable
Data That May Be Retained
Certain data may be retained as part of business records, including:
- Lead and contact information collected at events
- Records associated with sales, customer service, or marketing activities
This data may be stored in systems such as Marketo in accordance with Duravant’s standard data retention practices.
Retention Period
Data retained for business purposes will be stored only as long as necessary to support legitimate business needs, comply with legal obligations, and maintain accurate records.
